We teach by how we live

Hi, I’m Bridget

ICF Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, Cognitive Coach, Adaptive Schools Training Associate

I have spent the best part of my career as a teacher, a school, and a systems leader focused on developing  high-functioning professional communities through team building and collaborative practice. I have come to believe that the individual deserves  as much focus as the collective.

Throughout my career as an educator,I have coached and guided thousands of students, parents, educators and leaders to explore possibilities, make choices, navigate transitions, and progress towards their goals.

Through a coaching partnership I help you clarify goals,  set intentions, craft mindsets and uncover obstacles that are holding you back, so that you can truly thrive in your next chapter.

  • “Bridget coached me through a challenging period of transition to my next chapter. She helped navigate my way through a difficult ending, and clarify what I really cared about and hoped for in my new position. As a result of her coaching I am better at rising above the noise of the things I can not control, and put my energy and focus towards the areas I truly value. As a result, I am a more effective leader, and better able to support others. I also have more energy, peace, and joy in my work, and in my life. Her approach is quietly powerful.”

  • “Working with Bridget was a saving grace for me! She knows exactly what to do, and exactly what to say, to meet you where you are in a way that catapults you to where you need to be. I highly recommend her as a coach. You will be enriched, empowered and never ever be the same again!”

  • “Bridget is an absolute superstar! Before we started working together I was trying to get used to an empty nest and the fact that I'd had to close my business - and having a very difficult time working out what the point of me was. After our first session I felt more positive and hopeful, and after six sessions I have rediscovered myself and my way forward - and am excited to get on with it! Bridget was flexible and responsive to my needs and I felt completely safe in her hands - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.”

  • “Bridget has a wonderful way of holding a safe and brave space for you to feel personally comfortable with her, while asking for coaching for professional development. This balance between a focus on your personal story and your future aspirations means that you feel a positive change after every meeting. I have enjoyed every session with Bridget and look forward to working with her more in the future!”

  • “I entered into this coaching relationship with Bridget with an open mind and I think that is really important. From the first point of contact with Bridget I found her to be friendly and professional. I let her to guide me and in turn she adjusted her practice as she gained an understanding of who I was and how I worked. I felt that she did this subtly and skillfully and consequently allowed me a safe space to explore my path and journey and reflect on how to move on. Bridget was able to reflect back to me things that I said and question the why or how. She is clearly very knowledgeable about her field and yet there is a willingness to learn new things from you so it feels like a very balanced relationship. She is walking with you and not telling you where to go. To have this kind of guidance should be treasured and I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting Life Coaching to work with Bridget.”
